For security purposes, all handling of bullion occurs using separation-of-duties, dual-control, and perpetual audit protocols. This means that various duties are delegated to different depository teams and processed by a minimum of two staff members within each team.

Out-Shipment Journey

 
1. Initiate

The transfer team retrieves bullion from storage and delivers it to the shipping staff.

Authorized instructions are received by operations personnel.

2. Prepare

Instructions are sent to vault staff. 

The transfer team retrieves bullion from storage and delivers it to the shipping staff.

3. Verify

Under security cameras, bullion is verified and packaged by the shipping staff.

4. Package

Packages are assembled in batches awaiting the appropriate carrier.

5. Load

Carriers are brought into secure truck bays for loading and released upon completion.

6. Deliver

Bullion is securely delivered to the recipient.
